Description : Our client is currently in pursuance of a software development manager with experience in customized application development for public in both public safety and public convenience technology domains.
Responsibilities :
10-12 years of experience in successive career progress in software development and development team management is required
Hands on experience managing a small team of software engineers and on time delivery of customized applications
Experience in agile development processes, schedule/project management and experience working with cross functional teams to deliver projects is preferred
Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, Jboss, JBPM, Apache, Oracle, MS SQL, and related technologies is important. Familiarity with TFS, Subversion, Jenkin, Maven, ANT or similar tools is a plus
Interface with key project stakeholders like management, cross functional team leadership, offshore and onsite teams, R&D, customers and project managers is required
Ability to face customers, understand requirements, perform demonstrations, participate in pre-sales and post-sales support is required
Knowledge of biometrics based identification, investigation and intelligence solution preferred
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills required
Prior experience in tier-one system integration companies is a plus
Education Bachelors degree is required / Masters degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Requirements
Total Experience required 3-6years
Good hand on experience in Java and J2EE technologies (JMS, JSP & Servlets).
Hands on experience on spring / Struts / Hibernate.
Having experience on Multi-threading, web services is added advantage The ability to work in a fast, agile and nimble environment with frequent change
Good communication & presentation skills
Troubleshooting of issues
Experience in developing applications using JavaScript frameworks such as JavaScript (ES5 and ES6), TypeScript, Query, JSON, Angular/Angular JS,
Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Strong Experience with HTML5, SASS, LESS, and Bootstrap
Strong Relational Database Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MY SQL, ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Education Bachelors degree is required / Masters degree or equivalent experience is preferred
