Inside Sales Account Manager Job Opening in Farmington, Connecticut - The primary role of the Account Development Manager (ADM) is to deliver qualified leads to our direct sales team, while representing Evariant professionally and competently in the market. The principal focus of the position is prospecting new Accounts that fit our profile within Hospitals and Healthcare Systems.
In this role, you will research Prospects, interact with Account's Senior leadership, and capture data in Evariant?s CRM system. You will be expected to understand the value of our solutions and ask appropriate questions to qualify opportunities and follow up accordingly. Additionally, you also will facilitate important meetings to help identify client needs, align solutions, and represent Evariant positively and competently.
Prospecting will be done by phone engagement, emails, and other advanced marketing tactics. Candidates must be sales focused, results driven with both business and technical acumen. Compensation is comprised of base salary, commission, and bonus.
Minimum 7 years-experience in B2B sales or telemarketing to enterprise Accounts
Experience calling on the healthcare industry, specifically hospitals
Ability to make a large volume of calls daily; excellent at objection handling
Experience in business research and prospecting techniques
Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
Familiar with Solution selling methodologies like TAS or Miller Heiman
Strong knowledge of sales cycle and how CRM plays a role as a sales solution
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage laterally and upward with a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analysis skills
Experience owning a quota number or some form of performance-based delivery
Self-motivated; driven with delivery emphasis
Bachelor's Degree preferred
