NO COLD CALLING!!! Your mission is simple: get people ridiculously excited about owning a luxury hot tub! At ThermoSpas Hot Tub Products, our Call Center is the heart of our business. Our reps answer questions, generate interest and schedule appointments.

Earn a base pay as well as the opportunity to make more as you excel with an aggressive, un-capped bonus compensation structure.
Reps pay falls between $18-$48/hour. In addition to that we have monthly incentives that involve anything from group outings, to gift cards and catered meals.
What We?re Looking For:
An outgoing, friendly, persuasive person with the ability to confidently speak to anyone!
Tech Savvy with ability to multi-task effectively; Simultaneously think, talk and type
Highly motivated, competitive, and driven personality
Ability to efficiently articulate a talk track with key points on each call
Organized with close attention to detail
Ability to work a 20 hour week in 4 hour shifts with a rotating, variable schedule any time M-F from 6:00pm - 11:00pm and Sat/Sun from 9:00am ? 8:00pm. Weekend availability is mandatory.
