Tourist Attraction Sales Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Be part of the GUN GARAGE Sales Team
It is the primary responsibility of the Sales staff to guide the guest through their experience at GUN GARAGE. Starting with greeting the guest and explaining the different experience packages then guiding the guest through completing waivers accurately and filling the ammo needed for the experience. Finally, must accurately be able to use the POS system to input and finalize sales. All duties are to be preformed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Greet all customers in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome as they enter the store
Assist customers with questions about firearms and experiences (on the job training)
Provide top-level customer service
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
Maintain clothing display standards
Replenish, Stock, and Price Merchandise as needed
Process Customer Paperwork
Process sales accurately through the POS system
Work as a 'TEAM' assisting all guests' and employee's needs and inquiries
Perform all other job duties as requested
Willingness to work around firearms
Training Provided:
Extensive Product Training
Firearms safety
POS system
Workplace Safety (OSHA) Training
Requirements:
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Open availability including weekends
Ability to stand for duration of shifts
Ability to lift 35 pounds
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow directions
Must pass background check and drug screening
Bilingual a plus
Previous sales/customer service experience a plus
