The position is entry level, not much work experience is required, and training will be provided. It would start in an office setting but we are willing to consider allowing someone to do most of their work from home, if they choose, once trust and competencies are established. Position description / duties: ? Courtesy phone calls to customers (people that have already purchased products from us) to follow up -- find out how it's working, if they have any needs for product servicing, and checking their contact information. ? entering customers' orders and notes into a web based database/CRM program ? sending out thank you cards and other follow up mailings to customers ? filing paper receipts into an alphabetized system ? updating social media sites with new content and checking them for customer requests ? There is absolutely NO SELLING involve with this position Skills and characteristics sought: ? Friendly personality with pleasant phone voice ? Looking for someone that is organized, dependable, and honest ? Computer skills -- efficient with Excel and Word, familiar with on-line searching and facebook, and any video editing experience is a plus Additional Info ? Phone and computer provided in office setting. If someone decides to work from home, they'd need their own computer and phone to do so. ?
