Sales Trainer Job Opening in Largo, Florida - Sales Trainers are responsible for delivering new hire classes to our new associates, the Sales Subscription Associates (SSA?s). They assume the role of a classroom facilitator, coach and supervisor. Trainers demonstrate effective leadership by developing our team?s awareness and knowledge of TDMG?s values, sales skills, computer skills, policies and procedures.
Trainer
Deliver/facilitate new hire training using the provided curriculum to TMDG Employees
Provide performance feedback to class participants in the classroom
Create and maintain strategic partnerships with floor operations as it relates to training
Coach
Supervise Transition of new employees to the call center floor, which includes providing floor support and one on one development coaching
Provide timely, accurate and effective feedback to SSA?s regarding job performance
Perform administrative and reporting functions
Take escalated calls and monitor SSA?s for quality
Create SSA development plans geared to drive ?best in class? results
Complete administrative functions such as approving timesheets, addressing disciplinary issues
Ensure all training meets and supports quality initiatives and measurements
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of training by submitting ideas to improve training curriculum
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of training experience, preferable in a Contact Center environment.
Must have a proven track record of providing excellent Member experience, while balancing the need for attention to details.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good command of the English language, in addition to strong interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable speaking to all levels of the organization including small or large audiences
Must have solid understanding of training processes and practices for adults learning
Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, including, Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
Must be flexible to work within Contact Center hours (mid-shift)
Educational Requirements:
Associates? degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, hear, walk and sit. Also specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
