Key duties include: ? Answer phones, greet and assist visitors in Admin office ? Market to industry customers through in-person visits, presentations, phone, e-mail, fax ? Create flyers, letters and ideas to increase interest and awareness of our products & services ? Administrative duties, including data entry, obtaining customer credit information, organize and maintain filing system ? Preparation of order forms and lease agreements, AR collections ? Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager Job Requirements: ? Any level of experience ? Excellent communication skills and ability to work with team ? Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software ? Sense of urgency in providing exceptional customer service. ? Professional appearance ?
