Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - The Mike Ferry Organization has been helping Real Estate professionals achieve their goals for the last 42 years. We support Real Estate agents by producing innovative Real Estate training seminars, self-help "How to" products, and individualized coaching. The goal is to enhance any agent's ability to increase their production, listings, and income.

Our sales team is trained using the Mike Ferry Sales System!! A ?proven method? that successful Real Estate professionals have used for 42 years. This method provides a blueprint taking you step-by-step through the sales process. If you are coachable and follow the designed system, you will be successful! No hunting for leads we provide them to you daily.
We are passionate about the services we offer and looking for individuals who will embrace our culture, will bring passion and enthusiasm with them each day.

Compensation:
Hourly wage + Commision
Position Type/Hours of Work:
The position is Full Time, Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Company closure from Christmas Day through New Year?s Day to spend time with your family, paid as a gift from the company. Must pass the 90 day Probationary Period to be eligible.
