Inside Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Newport News, Virginia - The Sales Coordinator has primary responsibility and accountability for the efficient flow of information to and from the Account Manager and the customers for which he/she has responsibilities to support. The Sales Coordinator works with the Account Manager to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner and assists the Account Manager with maintaining itineraries and scheduling appointments.
· Look up orders to find status for customers and Account Managers
· Assist with researching hospitals and prospecting new accounts
· Key liaison between sales force and customers
· Document customer feedback/complaints
· Give pricing on stock items
· Answer telephone and take messages
· Perform other related duties as required
:
· Minimum of an Associate?s Degree
Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible in a face-paced environment.
· Well-organized structured approach to managing, prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks.
Must be able to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
