Open position for OUTSIDE SALES specializing in Human Capital Management systems. This company helps other companies manage the complete employment lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement by offering companies a software.
Position Summary:
This is an Outside Sales role that is multi-faceted and highly rewarding. You will be responsible for strategically identifying, persuading and working with qualified businesses in the same target market. You will do this using a variety of avenues including but not limited to: targeting specific industry verticals, canvassing your territory via phone, email, etc. Utilize referral channels such as Insurance and 401k brokers to generate new leads. Analyzing business processes within the organization and then presenting high level solutions to C-Level executives, HR and Finance professionals. Responsible for consulting solutions and onboarding new customers.
