A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will?
Call on and identify clients who can direct title business to Liberty.
Maintain and expand business with existing customer, by preparing action plans and forecasting conversations.
Research companies, markets, buildings, and real estate transactions.
Build client relationships by communicating products and services such as Rate Calculator, Liberty Social and Liberty
Maintain high activity rates with key partners, communicate with targets regularly, escalate client concerns to operations management.
Partner with Liberty?s Training Director for Seminars.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess ?
High School Diploma.
Experience in the Real Estate Title Business.
Experience in selling in a competitive National Title Market.
Experience in Real Estate, Title or Mortgage Sales.
Proven successful sales and account management experience a must.
Excellent follow through and organizational skills.
High energy with a positive attitude

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
Call on and identify key clients who can direct title business
Research companies, markets and real estate transactions to build business
Utilize marketing materials showing organizational structure and service value proposition
Work with operational teams to ensure transactions are completed in timely fashion
Keep current with Liberty Title & Escrow?s products/services, the industry and competitors
Maintain high activity rates with key partners, communicating with targets regularly
Work with managers and executives to meet monthly and yearly sales goals.
Prepare action plans and forecasting conversations.
Escalate client concerns to operations management.
Communicate products and services (such as Rate Calculator, Liberty Social and Liberty Leads)
Partner with Liberty?s Training Director for Seminars.
All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years? experience in title sales, real estate sales or mortgage sales preferred
Experience in selling in a competitive National Title Market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use PC and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to meet deadlines, plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred multi discipline experience in the mortgage banking industry.
Existing book of business
WORK CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Some travel may be required.
