Essential Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate uncompromising service standards
Recruit develop and train sales associates
Follow Company operational standards and guidelines
Maintain customer profiles in CRM system
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Execute marketing plans to generate new customers
Educate customer on products and current promotions
Provide reports and other necessary information to management daily
Participate in off-site networking
Maintain retail location
Inventory control
Position Requirements
Bachelor degree
Must be at least 18 years old
5+ years Sales/Customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience with territory management preferred
CRM
Able to self-motivate
Attend all mandatory trainings & meetings
Reliable transportation
A positive attitude
Willing to Travel
