Sales Director Job Opening in Canton, South dakota - Adams Thermal Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of engine cooling components for the agricultural, off-highway and automotive markets. Located just 15 minutes southeast of Sioux Falls, in Canton, SD, ATS is currently accepting resumes for a Sales Director with a focus on Truck and Bus, Specialty and Industrial vehicles.
As a Sales Director, this position is responsible for managing all aspects of a customer relationship including new business development, and overall customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include:
Implement ATS sales strategies.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with major truck, bus, specialty and industrial vehicle OEM customers.
Effectively translate customer wants into product categories.
Understand and communicate key technical features and product advantages.
Meeting with and maintaining relationships with Key customers and executives.
Negotiate contracts.
Understand product cost and pricing methods.
Understand principals of structured project management.
Other requirements include :
Minimum 10 years experience in a technical/OEM?s sales role preferably in the vehicle market
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor?s degree in business or technical field with 5+ years experience.
Demonstrate the ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations to diverse groups
Travel up to 50% required.
