We are seeking a high-performing accountant / controller in a small organization to provide financial and forecast support for our growth trajectory. Candidate must be highly detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively. Please provide your compensation requirements along with your resume.
Key Objectives
Manage and maintain accuracy of all financial transactions, including expense entries, deposits, sales, fixed assets, general ledgers and product inventory
Submit payroll entries and adjustments
Pay all vendors and taxes on time
Responsible for the preparation and accuracy of all regular and adhoc reporting
Manage vendor relationships
Manage all tax relationships
Responsible for financial analysis, budgeting and re-forecasting
Reports to the CEO
Qualifications
4 year college degree
4+ years professional experience or CPA
Quickbooks (QBO a plus)
Microsoft Excel (pivots / vlookups)
Skillset
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests
Adaptability and flexibility in a constantly changing environment
Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment along a steep learning curve
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
