NO COLD CALLING OR LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS
Afortus is a National Insurance Agency with over 40 offices.
I am looking for a recruiter to bring on qualified candidates to our regional offices.
All recruiting is done via internet and telephone from our Sandy office (there is the possibility of being able to work from home once you are fully trained)
The company runs all hiring ads and has a call center that schedules all agents that have an interest for our company.
They register and watch a webinar that explains all the ins and outs of our opportunity.
Your job:
-Call and confirm their webinar attendance
-Verify that they attended the webinar
-Call and schedule an interview with them
-Interview and hire them if they are a good candidate.
Must be able to work very independently with very little training
Must be very computer and internet savvy
Requires excellent phone and sales skills
Need to understand basic HR laws where it comes to interviewing
An understanding of insurance is helpful, but not required
Need own laptop and telephone
1099 independent position.
