Senior Tax Accountant Job Opening in Columbia, Maryland - Local Columbia, MD tax firm is seeking a highly talented senior tax accountant to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced tax professional with at least 10 years of public accounting experience in the areas of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
We are a small firm, so you will be empowered to work directly with clients, partners and other staff to provide a broad spectrum of tax and related services.
Responsibilities include the ability to effectively analyze client transactions and recognize and resolve potential or existing problems with appropriate research.
Desired Skills and Experience:
CPA with at least 10 years of public accounting experience
Self motivated and ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to development and enhancement of a team environment
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines
