Property Manager/ Accountant Job Opening in Cranbury, New jersey - We are a growing real estate development, construction and property management company based in Cranbury. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working candidate to become the Bookkeeper of our right candidate MUST have some bookkeeping experience, be energetic, highly organized, have positive attitude, great communication, writing and computer skills, and self-starter.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Review and updating lease agreement and any lease related paperwork.
- Bookkeeping assistance, handle bank deposits, monthly accounting reports.
- Writing or editing documents, prepare and update spreadsheets, create and send emails
- General office support, such as answering the phone, taking messages, copying, scanning, filing.
-Perform other related duties as assigned related to marketing, researching, social media.
-Filing court orders for evictions, or other tenant related issues.
Required Skills:
- Some a must
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Interact well with others
- Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
-Strong analytical skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Willingness to learn new technologies and ability to retain information
Requirements:
-4 year college degree or related work experience (recommended)
-Knowledge of Quickbooks required, property management software a +
-English language proficiency
-Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
