Summary of Essential job functions
Financial reporting (P&L, Balance sheet, & A/P Summaries)
Review state correspondence and file appropriately.
Review and process A/P
Monthly worker compensation reporting
Record assets & liabilities to balance sheet
Produce Monthly Management Reports.
Updating forecast budget vs actuals
Reconciliation of bank, credit card & accounts
Prepare monthly commission Report
Report financial information then submit to President & CPA Company
parameters
Review and process the ACA polices
Maintain 401K plan
Prepare journal entries
Special projects
Prevailing wage reporting
Review and process Insurance policies
Daily/weekly deposits reports
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5 + years accounting experience
5+ years of progressive financial (GAAP) accounting and reporting management experience.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments.
Experience QuickBooks Software
Payroll experience a plus
