Job Responsibilities:
Ability to follow a proven sales process
Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
Taking test drives
Follow up with existing customers
Requirements:
Superior phone, online communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Solid working knowledge of the internet
Valid drivers license, with good driving record
