Job Summary:
Performs a variety of accounting duties according to company established policies and procedures. Maintains contact with staff, vendors and clients and observes confidentiality of patient and company matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Utilizes computerized accounting software program (MAS) to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
· General ledger reconciliation
· AP/Financial reporting
· Bank reconciliation
· Budget maintenance
· Sales tax reporting
· Process semi-monthly multi-state payroll and reports using ADP Workforce Now.

· Accounting degree required
· Must have experience with and be proficient with MAS
· Crystal reports and BizInsight experience helpful
· Experience working in medical profession or services organization a plus
· At least five years of experience required
· Must have knowledge of AR/AP and inventory accounting
· Must have working knowledge of ADP payroll system
· Must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
· Must be able to work with a variety of personalities
· Must be a team player
