Automotive Sales Manager Job Opening in Wheeling, West virginia - Straub Automotive is looking for a strong leader to join our outstanding team. We are the Ohio Valley's largest automobile dealership group with three locations representing Honda, Hyundai, Nissan, and the full line of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram Truck products as well as a premier selection of pre-owned cars and trucks. The Straub family has been in business in for over 75 years and has many dedicated, long term employees who enjoy working in our fast-paced, customer focused environment. We recently completed construction of 3 brand new, state-of-the-art facilities and will soon be completing renovations on another.
We are currently seeking an Experienced Sales Manager to drive our dealerships to the top. This position requires previous experience as a top-gun manager or a high performing assistant manager who is ready to step it up to the big time.
Qualified Applicants Must Have...
- Experience as a Sales Manager, Finance (F&I) Manager or Asst. Manager.
- A PROVEN Track Record with Great References.
- The ability to Deliver Consistent Results.
- The drive to teach, train, motivate, cultivate a sales staff.
Compensation will be based on experience and performance, with the TOP GUNS getting TOP PAY and BENEFITS!! One can reasonably expect $80,000 to $120,000+ first year potential .
