Responsible for the operational success of EOS Des Moines office. Oversees the productivity, training and supervision of the patient account representatives, insurance representatives, senior reps and trainer by performing the following duties directly or indirectly through subordinates.
-Assures insurance and self-pay staff meet goals established by management and client work procedures, prepares daily works schedules, expedites workflow-Monitors and validates staff adherence to operating policies and procedures, auditing as necessary-Monitors and evaluates personnel productivity and performance to goal-Performs quality audits on personnel as established by training needs and collaborates with trainer for desired results-Routinely reviews and analyzes various data and provides input on actions plans for all required projects and reports in a timely manner on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as per the direction of for carrying out implementations and project plans-Collaborates with other department managers on current issues and strategic planning initiatives-Assists associates in resolving complex issues-Monitors, coaches and manages staff, ensuring the development of personnel-Builds employee moral, motivation and loyalty and fosters a team-like the execution of motivational and incentive programs for all personnel-Analyzes weaknesses in processes both internal and external (client) to identify process inefficiencies or inconsistencies in operational output.-Analyzes and tracks trends with insurance companies by client and globally at payer level.-Conducts interviews and makes hiring decisions for department staffing-Direct involvement with escalated calls and questions to identify staff skill gaps and training needs to improve employee and system and addresses client and patient issues regarding errors, performance issues and complaints.-Runs dialer/IVR campaigns using Noble System; monitors phonelines, pacing and staffing to ensure dropped call and inventory goals are met.-Creates, maintains and monitors system tactics to ensure productivity and client goals are met.-Active participation in the company PPMS in the capacity of stakeholder, sponsor or project leader. This includes, but is not limited to: identifying problems or potential problems, resolving NCARs through root cause analysis and proposing and implementing solutions; scheduling audits and testing of implemented solutions; handling corrective actions, initiating preventive action and analyzing data for continuous improvement; schedule and attend regularly scheduled meetings to provide consistent feedback and support.-Other duties may be assigned.
