Your Tasks
Drive vaBWUS?s value-selling approach and increase sales continuously
Ensure implementation of Sales Process Excellence and sales tools in the field
Execute account plans to achieve sales targets
Plan, execute and track the customer visits and document in CRM Tool
Actively use of CRM Tool and analyze trends and customer with CRM Tool and define corresponding actions to increase share of wallet
Understand the customer needs& provide active support for customers and sales channels
Follow-up on tenders and offers and align current status with customers service desk
Price negotiating within pre-determined parameters and in accordance to implemented price lists
Acceptance and tracking of complaints and flowing up with involved departments (customer service desk, logistics and/or applications engineering)
Continuously follow-up on acquisition of new customers and bringing prospect to customers (pre-call plan)
Maintain and ensure market intelligence for the respective sales territory (North Carolina, South Carolina & Virginia)
Monitor the competitors? activities
Communicate new products and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered though field activity to appropriate senior managers.
Requirements
Drive vaBWUS value-selling approach and increase sales continuously
Sales experience minimum 3 years
Product knowledge (not mandatory)
Welding experience
Industry experience preferred
CRM knowledge
Bachelor degree required
