Summary:
To facilitate the continued success and the delivery of high caliber service we are hiring an entry level attorney. The successful candidate will be dedicated, driven and have an overall interest in the healthcare industry. We are looking for an individual who has excellent attention to detail and the strong desire to advocate for their customer.
Responsibilities:
Work specifically within the denials department and resolve complex and denied insurance claims
Work closely with non-attorneys to help problem solve
Draft persuasive appeals on behalf of patients and providers
Cultivate and maintain relationships with counsel for the insurance carrier
Handle a high-volume account load
Requirements:
Currently sitting for or have just passed the Bar Exam
Ability to manage many files at the same time while providing excellent attention to detail
