Client Solutions Specialist Job Opening in Knoxville, Tennessee - In this role you will:
Manage multiple assigned accounts involving healthcare providers at every level
Provide customer service and operational expertise in support of sales campaigns
Propose solutions to meet clients? needs and serve as the client solutions industry expert to prospective clients
Assist in the on-site on-boarding process and follow up support to clients
Collaborate with managers, clinical team, and other groups ensuring the successful support and execution of the sales strategy
Build customer rapport with current accounts
Provide necessary supplies to clients and sales representatives
Answer multi-line telephone from time to time

Qualifications include:
Associate degree or equivalent business experience
2+ years of customer service industry experience
Ability to proactively develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding and anticipating, and providing solutions to customer needs
Ability to communicate in a professional manner
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
The ability to work in small teams outside of normal scope of work
Demonstration of flexibility required to work in a fast paced, start up environment
