Business Office Manager Job Opening in Long Beach, California - Shoreline Healthcare Center is looking for an experienced Business Office Manager.
Requirements:
Must have two to three years? SNF/LTC experience in A/R billing of Medicare, Medi-Cal, Managed Care/HMO's, Private and other insurances.
Must have prior experience with TARS, resident census and insurance verification.
Excellent communication and collection skills to be able to work with patients and family members
Knowledge of Appeals and ADR process preferred but not required
Knowledge of clinical and billing software in Point Click Care (PCC) a plus.
Other duties include: bank deposits, managing of petty cash and checking account, and Resident trust fund. Ability to have flexible hours, and able to work weekends when necessary.
