Activities Director Job Opening in Montclair, New jersey - The director of resident activities must hold at least ONE of the following qualifications:
1) A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major area of concentration creative arts therapy, therapeutic recreation, art, art education, psychology, sociology, or OT.
2) A high school diploma and three yrs. experience in a healthcare facility and completed an activities education program provided by the DOH. Consisting of 90 hrs. of training.
3)Holds current certification from a National Certification Council for Activity Professionals.
