Seeking energetic and dynamic professional for exciting, fast paced career saving lives through organ donation and transplantation. NJ Sharing Network, a designated organ procurement organization, is recruiting a Hospital Services Manager to build advocacy and strengthen relationships within healthcare institutions to advance our mission to save and enhance lives through donation.
The Hospital Services Manager (HSM) acts as a donation consultant to hospitals. This position is responsible to develop, market, monitor and implement policies, procedures, strategies and best practices that will enhance organ and tissue donation in assigned hospitals. Collects, evaluates and provides hospitals with feedback including data analysis and creates performance improvement goals and action steps to improve outcome measures pertaining to donation. Collaborates closely with all departments in the hospital and NJ Sharing Network. Utilizes skills and independent judgment to maximize donor referral outcomes in assigned hospitals. Must be available for early morning programs and occasional work during the evenings and weekends, when significant hospital related issues arise. After-hours phone consultations may be required. This position requires participation in on-site visits to assigned group of hospitals for facilitation of the donor process.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in a health related or marketing field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal and written skill required.
Previous sales/marketing experience in a healthcare related field desired.
A thorough knowledge of hospital protocol preferred.
