You are energetic, money motivated, hungry to earn commissions and bonuses and have the desire for a longstanding and rewarding career!
Responsibilities Include:
Collect past due balances via outbound calls, emails & letters
Take appropriate action (skip trace, email, send demand letters, etc.)
Maintain accurate files on the computer
Assure that quotas are met for assigned accounts in portfolio
Qualification Requirements:
Outstanding phone presence & excellent writing skills
MONEY motivated!!!
Excellent work ethic
Strong negotiation skills
Detail oriented, organized and goal-driven mindset
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
All candidates must pass a mandatory background check
