From professional personal trainers to managers who are always available, to group exercise instructors and friendly member services desk staff, we take pride in our excellent customer service. The Executive is a 108,000 square foot family oriented facility and has activities for every family member! Express Fitness is 16,000 square feet supporting the Hooksett market and surrounding towns. Express Fitness provides a wealth of cardio and strength equipment as well as group exercise classes, small group training, personal training and child care services.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The RD?s purpose is to manage their day to day wellness activities for the business to produce outcome based results, including but not limited to contributing to the department?s bottom line profit and loss (P&L), and customer service and nutrition programing and delivery as it relates to our businesses wellness practices. This position is also responsible for working with our billing company and or insurance providers, developing and maintaining a business relationship with those providers, as well as implementing an insurance reimbursement practice for our wellness programs, including our signature 90 Day Commit to Get Fit program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Budgeting and accounting for billable events, conducting client assessments, providing biometric education, providing nutritional counseling both 1-on-1 and group settings, establishing client goals, contributing to high quality and specialized wellness program development and delivery, develop meal plans for clients and use the GENAVIX portal, attend on-site and local community health fairs and events, promote nutrition through public speaking and community outreach programs, oversee insurance reimbursement, maintain an active provider ID, represent EHSC within the Genavix Wellness Network, keep informed of the latest research in nutritional and food sciences.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position requires computer work, and the ability to work 6-8 hour shifts. It also requires the ability to work nights and weekends depending on the business? needs.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of an RD license
Preferred business background and or acumen
Minimum (3) years in delivering RD services
