Job Description
New Horizons Senior Living is seeking to hire an experienced sales person at our community, an [independent living, assisted living and memory care] community located in Madison, TN. The successful candidate will have an existing professional network in the Nashville market and a proven track record of generating and converting leads. We are willing to assist with relocation for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
Help the community sales team meet its move-in, occupancy and revenue goals through lead generation and lead conversion activities
Expand and improve network of outside resources by conducting frequent meetings with healthcare professionals, community partners and other resources to generate leads through referrals
Coordinate follow up meetings, assessments and/or tours to facilitate lead conversion
Perform lead conversion activities such as outbound calls, tours, lease negotiation and closing of prospects
Assist with marketing initiatives that support our mission and grow and strengthen our brand
Promote special events and attend local functions to increase public education and awareness, build relationships and grow our pipeline of prospective residents and referrals
Help ensure a superior resident experience by welcoming new residents to the community, ensuring they are connected to staff and other residents and introducing them to community amenities
Report to Regional Sales Leader
Candidate Profile
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years? total experience in sales (including minimum 2 years? experience in senior living outside sales) required
Proven track record of meeting sales goals required
Existing network of relationships with healthcare professionals in the Nashville market required
Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends and flexible hours required
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and maintain a full calendar of meetings
Linear thinker, process-oriented and able to execute the New Horizons Senior Living sales playbook
Must have exceptional communication skills, tenacity in overcoming obstacles, be warm and trustworthy, demonstrate dedication to the growth of our community and commitment to our mission
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software and ability to analyze sales data required
