**This position is located at the Company Headquarters in Franklin, TN**
POSITION PURPOSE:
You will be responsible for generating leads and driving new sales bookings for CustomerStream through sales of the ReferLive refer a friend program to targeted Financial Institutions within designated territories. The Inside Sales Executive position carries a daily outbound call quota and requires exceptional communication, presentation, , organizational and problem solving skills. ReferLive is the leading Voice of Customer account acquisition program for US Banks and is in use at over 6,500 bank locations in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for generating leads via outbound calls, hosting WebEx product demonstrations and producing detailed proformas as part of a consultative sales approach.
Inside sales representative will be assigned a sales quota which they will be responsible for attaining.
Inside sales representative will formulate the strategies, tactics and account plans, under the direction of management, necessary to develop the leads and relationships within his or her assigned accounts to attain his or her sales quota and gather information about potential customers.
Inside sales representative must be able to handle the complete spectrum of the sales cycle from lead generation to WebEx presentations to agreement signing.
Sales representative will manage the effective and rapid movement of leads through sales process, including qualification of prospects; assessment of potential client needs; presentment of CustomerStream solutions; and expeditious closing of business.
Sales executive will be responsible for the daily maintenance of prompt and accurate sales activity including call logging, webinar booking, and sales pipeline forecasting from within SalesForce.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelors degree required.
Experience:
Previous experience working within the financial service industry. Knowledge of debit cards and electronic payments, retail and business banking, and referral programs for banks and credit unions is required.
Sales experience ? Five years proven solution sales experience, preferably within the banking services and software space. W-2 forms showing income earned from sales may be required.
Skills/Knowledge
Understanding of sales cycles and processes, development and qualification of the business need, identification of target clients, positioning of product and customer solutions. Experience using sales force automation software required, preferably .
Strong, professional communication and presentation skills as well as ability to maintain strong working relationships with coworkers and potential clients.
