Sales Associate Job Opening in Kapolei, Hawaii - We are seeking awesome sales associates with the ability to perform job duties to the highest level, meet and exceed company goals, and contribute positively to a team. This position is located at our brand new Tricked Out location in the Ka Makana Ali'i Center (KMA) located in Kapolei, Hawaii.
With this store being brand new and not yet open we will be training new associates at our other locations throughout the island. We have locations at Ala Moana Center, Windward Mall and Kahala mall. It would be required that you be able to get to one or each of these locations for training throughout September.
Job Requirements: Sale Associate/Team member:
- Can start first week of September, 2017
- Willing to train at Ala Moana, Windward or Kahala for 1-3 weeks until KMA opens
- Have a vehicle and/or reliable transportation throughout the island
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Willing and able to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Rapport & Sales ability ( connecting with customers)
- Enthusiasm, dependability, high standards
- Honesty
- Organizational and Time Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to set and communicate clear standards of performance
Job Type: Full-time/Part Time
Salary: $10.00 to $17.00 /hour based on sales ability
