Accounting Clerk/Junior Accountant Job Opening in Garden Grove, California - Accutherm Refrigeration is a technology oriented commercial refrigeration company focused on the unique industry of Supermarket/Grocery Refrigeration. We are a growing company and currently seeking an individual to excel in our Accounting Department located at our Corporate Headquarters in Garden Grove.
We are looking for qualified candidates with the following attributes:
AA or BA in business or accounting or equivalent experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, able to review multiple documents or software platforms to find errors, discrepancies, or open action items
Proficient with PC software including all Microsoft software and Quickbooks
Experience with Filemaker and Adobe software a plus
Quick Learner of processes and proprietary software
Experience in Payroll, Accounts Payable, Invoicing and credit card reconciliation
Prefer experience working in accounting within the HVAC/R industry or similar trade
