College Student Job Opening in houston, Texas - College Student We have a stimulating internship for a bright, dynamic individual to work with our sales and service team as an intern in our Houston office. We are a successful distributor of material handling equipment and commercial dock and door products. We service and install all products that we sell to accounts in our marketing area. We will provide product orientation, field visits to local installations, and sales assistance in helping you understand our business. Your responsibilities include calling existing and prospective customers, updating our data base, as well as performing other lead generation functions via the Internet, print media, etc. You will be assisting our field sales team and service department, setting appointments and following up on prior field service work which we have done to determine customer satisfaction. A successful internship may lead to employment opportunities in one of our 9 offices around the country. This internship is phone intensive and requires exemplary interpersonal skills. Our interest is in students who have completed their junior or senior year (preferably business, marketing majors). Work will be done in our office located at 9065 Knight Road, Houston, Texas. You will work in a comfortable office environment and work approximately 30-40 hours a week with some flexibility. This position pays $10.00/hr, and will last (min.)from June 1-Aug, 30 or as agreed.
