Position Description: We are seeking an Audit Manager to participate in all aspects of our Accounting and Auditing practice. The Audit Manager serves as a primary point of contact for clients and leverages our entire team to consistently deliver a superior client experience. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Addressing and fulfilling client requests and ensuring delivery of exceptional client service.
Plan, develop and execute audit, review and compilation engagements with our team including HUD, ERISA and non-profit.
Assist with department leadership to oversee the operations of engagements, inform supervisors of engagement status, and manage staff performance.
Exercise decision-making skills in order to establish quality service that exceeds client expectations.
Use technological experience and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
Assist clients with all of their accounting and operational needs and provide meaningful advice.
OTHER SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
CPA required
Five to eight years of public accounting or related experience
Ability to deal with and solve complex problems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with clients and co-workers
Demonstrate management, analytical, interpersonal and project management skills
Highly developed with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
