The responsibility of the Healthcare Analytics & Economic Modeling is to analyze and interpret data received from internal and external sources in support of a variety of interdepartmental projects focused on translating raw data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Organize and analyze data, interpret results, and generate reports that provide insights to Executive Leadership.
Design, produce, and evaluate economic models in support of Sales team objectives.
Generate, execute, and document projects with minimal supervision that create value for MiMedx.
Collaborate with and provide analytics support to internal interdepartmental teams.
Create flexible analytic models that help foster a data driven approach to decision making.
Experience with Healthcare Data (e.g., Medicare Claims)
Must have strong SQL & MS Excel experience
SAS or NCSS experience a plus
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience building financial / economic models
Advanced modeling experience (e.g., Regression, Monte Carlo, Linear Programming via Solver)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Education
BS/BA Required ? Quantitative field preferred
MA/MS/MBA a plus
