M & A Firm Associate Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Bravaldo Capital Advisors is a boutique Atlanta based Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Advisory Firm, providing independent economic and financial advice and execution services for lower middle market companies that are primarily located in the Southeastern United States.
MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS FIRM ASSOCIATE
Associates play an integral role in the firm's merger and acquisition advisory activities. Associates are expected to be active contributors during every phase of the deal process, and are encouraged to handle a high level of responsibility on transaction teams. Our Associates lead the writing and development of both the initial pitch material and descriptive memoranda and are also responsible for the integrity of the valuation analyses and merger and acquisition models.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information including DCF and LBO modeling analysis.
Coordinate and perform business due diligence.
Prepare confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations.
Perform business valuation.
Research and develop target lists for sell and buy side clients.
Coordinate and conduct marketing calls to targets.
Manage and develop new relationships with buy side groups including PEG and family offices.
Prior Experience Preferred:
Corporate Business Development.
Investment Banking.
Lower Middle Market M&A Advisory and or Public Accounting Experience.
Undergraduate degree required.
CPA, CFA, JD, MBA preferred.
Compensation includes a base salary and eligibility for a discretionary bonus pool at year end.
