Sales and Design Team Member Job Opening in Somerville, New jersey - We are a nationally recognized, award winning kitchen and bath design/build firm poised for great growth.
Who we are looking for:
Someone who is just as comfortable on a computer doing the research to meet a client?s needs as picking up the phone and calling prospects.
Someone who is available to work nights, weekends, holidays, special events in order to develop relationships with new clients.
Someone who is able to manage a pipeline of prospects, developing and executing plans to move each toward closure
Someone who is able to prospect for new opportunities.
Excellent customer service skills
A minimum of five years of sales/customer service experience in home remodeling and cabinetry sales
Manage a contact list and create sales opportunities
Able to take direction well, be self-reliant, and take initiative
Detailed follow through
Good teamwork skills as well as ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word; and Adobe pdf
Basic 20/20 design and social media capability a plus
