Duties:
Detailed annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
Monthly close and variance analysis
Account reconciliation and balance sheet control
Analysis and calculation of adjustments for reserves, deferred revenue, and accruals as needed
Billing
Pricing and costing analysis for new projects and bids
Performance analysis for existing project portfolio
Responding to inquiries of finance leadership team and business partners
Support the year end attestation engagement
Skills :
Collaborates with business leaders to coordinate budget/forecasts
Provides analysis for performance against budget and business operating decisions
Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability and initiative
Proactive in resolving ambiguity
Keeps management and business leaders informed of issues and progress
Demonstrates strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and obligations
Demonstrates initiative in identifying, researching and solving problems
Maintains strict confidentiality of data and management discussions
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
