Human Resources Coordinator Job Opening in Niagara Falls, New york - Looking for a challenging yet exciting opportunity? Niagara Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an energetic, self-motivated candidate to join our team as Human Resources Coordinator.
Our company, a long term skilled and rehabilitation center is located in Niagara Falls. The facility is a 160 bed facility and has committed itself to addressing the rehabilitation and skilled needs of its clients.
In this position you are delegated the responsibility of carrying out the human resources function. This role is responsible for a wide variety of human resources tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, retention, payroll and following policy and procedures.
Additional responsibilities:
File management
Management of Labor Hours for facility
Communicate with staff regarding policies and processes
Benefits administration
OSHA record-keeping
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years? experience in HR role, preferably in Healthcare.
Must be able to multi-task, have a strong attention to detail and handle difficult situations with ease and composure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Office.
Successful candidate will be self-motivated ? we need someone who can come ready to drive their own success and find solutions, not problems.
