RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and successfully implement dynamic strategies and programs that will dramatically increase the sales of OWDs services
Maintain a sales pipeline that supports a path of exceeding revenue goals
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain an active knowledge of our services
Close sales and achieve weekly metrics and quarterly quotas
Be a role model for the OWD team, leading by example with a strong work ethic and conscientious approach
Some travel will be required for this role
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS or equivalent experience
5+ years experience with a successful track record of exceeding goals
Ability to generate leads and close sales
Knowledge of e-commerce and B2C sales
Skilled communicator, well-versed in selling and presenting to heads of Sales and/or Marketing departments
Strong organizational skills / Attention to detail / Forward thinking
Possess exceptional work ethic, integrity, energy, and drive
Expert level computer knowledge required (Word, Excel, Salesforce, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred location is So Cal
Experience in apparel, consumer goods, health/beauty is a plus
