Sales Representative Job Opening in San Marcos, California - Growing company looking for exceptional sales candidate for a Sale Representative position.
Sales Representative is responsible for utilizing any and all resources to maximize sales in a pre-determined territory. Job involves relationship building, cold calling, upselling and ensuring that existing and new clients receive exceptional service. Sales rep must be willing to continually grow book of business.
Sales Rep must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of multi million dollar account experience. Must have exceptional technical sales skills combined with exceptional interpersonal (writing, presenting and speaking) skills. Biotech and other similar technical industries preferable. Must be highly driven, assertive, intelligent, savvy, possess strong work ethics, analytical, creative problem solver and be an exceptionally strong negotiator.
Total compensation includes base + commission at an average of $125,000 to $175,000.
