As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and building relationships with new and existing customers to ensure outstanding customer service.
Additional responsibilities of the Automotive Sales Consultant include:
Determining customer automotive needs while educating the customer on used car ownership
Demonstrating vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives
Meeting and exceeding dealership goals and objectives
Maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow-up
Suggesting optional equipment for customer purchase
Engaging in business development
