Sales Position - Property & Casualty Producer Job Opening in Mandeville, Louisiana - Job Responsibilities: Sales
Prospect for new P&C customers via telephone, direct mail, referrals and other methods
Cross sell P&C to existing customers via telephone, email, client database and other methods
Solicit and sell P&C products, including - fact find, run P&C quote, order reports, complete and sign application
Follow up with P&C policy delivery
Service P&C book of business, including making changes to inforce policies
Generate and maintain weekly activity/production reports for supervisor
Required Work Experience:
Must have a Property and Casualty License
Must have a minimum of 3 years Sales experience selling Property and Casualty products
Required Skills:
Strong working knowledge of all P&C products including auto, home, umbrella, flood, etc
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues
High level of flexibility to work the hours necessary to write and maintain minimum level of production requirements
Ability to work independently, as appropriate, and communicate decisions and actions to supervisor
Demonstrates a high level of initiative
Sales and client service skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Strong PC and software skills including Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel
