ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet all sales objectives for Brenntag Mid-South, Inc.
Implement and assist in developing marketing and sales strategies as directed.
Participate in sales meetings, conventions and training programs as required.
Demonstrate mastery of basic selling skills as outlined in the BrenntagWay training program.
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of Brenntag Mid-South, Inc. products and competitive products.
Demonstrate effective interaction with all company personnel.
Maintain up-to-date call records for customers and submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time utilizing iAvenue.
Maintain organized, clean and proper sample and literature storage.
Maintain a clean car and in good working order ? report any damage and initiate repairs, so as to minimize automotive lost field time.
Maintain a professional business-like appearance at all times.
Develop and maintain a territory operational plan designed for efficient coverage/call back frequency of customers.
Develop and maintain a positive business climate for the Company.
Consult with Management on unusual problems or situations.
Develop new customer accounts for specific territory.
