1. Valid Florida License
2. Level Two Background Check (within the last five years)
3. Current TB Test (or X-Ray)
4. CPR (BLS AHA)
5. Car Insurance and Drivers License
6. Social Security Card or Equivalent
7. Fully Operational Vehicle
