We are seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team!
Job Description:
The Program Manager will be responsible for heading one of our 3 lines of service. These lines of service include Veteran Services, Auto Clients, and Private Pay Clients. The Program Manager will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with every one of the clients. Additionally, the Program Manager will help oversee the field staff that directly works with our clients on a daily basis.
Job Duties:
Provide leadership and coaching to field staff employees
Cultivate outstanding relationships with clients and their families
Work with the Intake Manager to ensure the proper care plan is followed
Partner with HR to create a staffing plan for your work group
Work with Marketing Manager to implement a plan for growth for your service line
Partner with General Manager to ensure operational procedures are being followed and recommend changes that will improve the service we provide
Participate with a collaborative approach in daily, weekly and monthly staff meetings
Partner with Billing Team to ensure that all collections are made on time
