Plant Controller Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Roles and Responsibilities
Provide support to General Manager and team for Plant location in areas of cost analysis and financial information.
Provide support to finance leadership team for projects as required associated with Plant activities.
Contribute towards best practice sharing and benchmarking between plants and plant controllers.
Analyzes reports that summarize/forecast business activity in areas of income and expenses along with key indicators tracking actual versus budget (forecast).
Capital planning, budget and expenditure reporting.
Reports and discusses weekly and monthly financial results for the plant and drives continuous improvement and corrective action based on this.
Oversee cost variance analysis to budget/forecast for plant location.
Weekly KPI preparation and reporting to leadership team.
Acts as a liaison between Corporate Accounting and other departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Appropriate college bachelor degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years? experience in Financial or Business Controlling role.
3-5 years SAP experience desired.
Experience in Food and Beverage sector would be preferred.
Willingness to travel, mobility for next career step.
