HVAC Counter Sales Associate - Reading, PA Job Opening in Reading, Pennsylvania - Peirce-Phelps, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, is currently accepting applications for a Counter Sales in our Reading, PA location. This is a full-time, salaried position working Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm (Some seasonal weekend work). We are looking for individuals willing to grow with our growing business.
Job Duties:
Selling HVAC supplies and equipment providing information and specs on inventory
Handles financial transactions including exchanging cash for products
Provides exceptional customer service
Verifies shipments and inventory
Maintains collections, deposit and other miscellaneous logs and report
Operates a forklift to move parts in and out of the warehouse
Qualifications: * The ability to follow work rules and procedures, work independently and under pressure
Must be at least 18 years old to operate a forklift
Forklift experience a plus
Previous experience in wholesale and/or warehouse experience a plus
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
Must have a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills and have a ?can do? attitude
